For a trendy, retro-futuristic look, use neon-flex LED strips to outline the shape of the pool or the perimeter of the deck.

How to make it: Use silicon-encased neon LED flex strips. Lay them along the grout line or the edge of the decking for a continuous, unbroken line of light.

Ingredients needed: Neon-style LED flex rope lights (IP67 or higher), mounting channel, low-voltage power connector.
