2. The Fog-Spewing Cauldron
Nothing says classic Halloween quite like a bubbling, smoking witch’s cauldron. For this setup, place a large plastic or ceramic cauldron on a bed of faux glowing embers made from orange LED fairy lights and spray foam. Inside the cauldron, conceal a small ultrasonic mist maker or a compact fog machine piped through a DIY chiller to keep the fog low and heavy. When filming your video, capture the moment the dense fog spills over the lip of the cauldron and pools onto the floor. Add a slow-motion effect to the billowing smoke to give the video an incredibly dramatic, hypnotic quality that viewers will watch on loop.
