10. Grim Reaper Porch Sentry
Guard your front door with a towering, life-sized Grim Reaper. Build a simple frame out of PVC pipes, drape it in layers of cheap black cheesecloth and tattered fabric, and top it with a plastic skull hidden deep within a dark hood. Add red LED lights inside the eye sockets for a menacing glare. To film this effectively, use a slow pan starting from the ground up to emphasize the height and imposing presence of the figure, set to a backdrop of rustling autumn leaves and distant thunder sound effects.
